The following Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern the relationship between Shebahub and you (“Lister”) with respect to your use of Shebahub’s website and any services provided by Shebahub through such website (collectively, the “Services”).

Eligibility: By registering to list services on Shebahub, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

Listing Services: As a Lister, you may create and maintain a listing for services you provide, which will be displayed on Shebahub’s website. You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your services and to promptly update such information if there are any changes.

Service Fees: Shebahub charges a service fee for all transactions facilitated through its website. The service fee is a percentage of the total transaction amount and is subject to change at any time. The current service fee percentage will be displayed on Shebahub’s website.

Payments: Shebahub will collect payments from customers on behalf of the Lister for services provided. Payments will be remitted to the Lister on a regular basis, less any applicable service fees.

Customer Feedback: Customers may leave feedback regarding their experience with a Lister. Shebahub reserves the right to remove any feedback that violates its policies or is deemed inappropriate.

Lister Responsibilities: As a Lister, you are responsible for providing your services in a professional and timely manner. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including obtaining any necessary licenses or permits.

Intellectual Property: You retain all rights to any intellectual property related to your services. By listing your services on Shebahub, you grant Shebahub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote your listing on its website.
